A Workflow Case Study
Here is a great example of a website that works for the business owner. Gypsy Rising Yoga needed a website for the new studio to share class information, streamline scheduling, the purchase of classes, packages and gift certificates.

Picture this, you are running a start-up yoga studio while also working a full-time job. The owner definitely needed a site that would function while she slept and then some! Using Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling and Square for payments, we achieved her goal and have a seamless experience for site visitors to sign up for classes at Gypsy Rising Yoga.
This is an example where Squarespace is definitely the best content management system for this business. With the integration of Acuity Scheduling, the owner now has a website where clients can book classes and pay for them through the site. She can also add special events or modify her schedule as needed if she is out of town for a week. As part of the booking process, the client is directed to the new client intake form if they do not have one on file adding to the functionality of the website for both the client and business owner.
The final piece of the puzzle is the ability for people to purchase bundles of classes that will be tracked as they are used through Acuity Scheduling in addition to gift certificatess. The entire design strategy frees up the business owner to focus on the important things in life while her Yoga Studio can be easily managed utilizing these few add-ons.
Take a a walk with me through the website and experience how the workflow is set up to easily guide the client and also serve the business owner:
